1. Open up your image. I'll be using the image below of Lara Stone in Vogue Paris.
(March 2008)
Keep in mind that the result will vary due to the different colours and lighting in
different images.
2. Duplicate your image, then go to image>>adjustments>>auto levels/auto colour
(depending on your likings)
3. Next, go to Layer>>new adjustment layer>>selective colour, and copy/apply
the settings below.
And you're done! Here's my result:
