Image Effect Three
Were going to turn this:
Into this!
1. Open up your image. I'm using this:
2. Duplicate your image/base layer once. (Right click on your base layer in your layer
pannel and select duplicate)
3. Create a new layer (Layer>>New>>Layer) and then fill it with the colour #2E3192 on
Lighten at 55% opacity.
Heres what my layer pannel now looks like:
4. Now select/click on your duplicated layer.
Now go to image>>adjustments>>channel mixer
A new small window should appear. At the top, where it says ''Output channel''
next to it should be a drop down menu. For each section/category in the drop down menu fill
it in with these settings: (The heading/writing in bold is the category in the drop
down menu)
Red:
Red: +162
Green: +8
Blue: -30
Constant: 0
Green:
Red: +26
Green: +114
Blue: +2
Constant: 0
Blue:
Red: +38
Green: -8
Blue: +118
Constant: 0
And viola! You're done!
