Image Effect Two

Into this:
1. First off, open up your image.
I'll be using this banner I made of Hayden Panettiere:
2. Create a new layer and fill it with the colour #FFAC62 and set it on overlay at 100%
3. Create another new layer, and fill it with the colour #F30089 and set it on screen at
58%
4. And ta-da! You're done! But if you want, you can add some finishing touches like
text, borders, brushes etc.
