Icon Effect Six

1. Open up your icon base. I'm using the one below of Audrey Kitching which I got from
murder machine.
Keep in mind that if the lighting and colours are similar,
then the result will be similar. If not, then your icon result may be different to my result.
2. Go to Layer>>New adjustment layer>>Selective colour and copy in the settings
below: (Use the drop down menu to change the different shade/colour settings.)
Here's what my icon looks like so far:
3. Copy and paste the texture below
(which I got from ullaaa)
and set it on overlay at 100%
If you want, you can erase the part of the texture where it may be covering over your
person's face.
4. Now take the texture below
(which I got from xxadorkable)
and set it on lighten at 100%
5. Using the same texture above, rotate it vertical, then horizontal.
Next, place the texture that you just rotated twice onto your icon and again, set it on
lighten at 100%
6. Now take the texture below
(which I got from graphic_sl)
and paste it under the texture you used in step 3.
Set this texture on multiply at 100%
And you're done! Here's my result:
