Installing Cutenews
What Is Cutenews and What Are The Requirements?
Cutenews is a 'news management system' that I believe is easy to access and use. It
does not require MYSQL, but it does require an FTP program such as
SmartFTP which is free for download for
personal use.

Instructions
1. First, download cutenews here under the
heading 'Download:'
2. Unzip the file, and then open up your FTP.
3. Go to your main directory (or public_html) and upload the entire cutenews folder.
It may take a while to upload, so be patient!
4. Once it's finished uploading, we're going to chmod some files and folders!
Double click/open up your cutenews folder, and right click on the 'data' folder
then select Properties/CHMOD
5. After that, a new window should pop up. Change the Permissions to 777.
6. Now double click on the Data folder/open it up and highlight/select
everything, right click and select Properties/CHMOD, and change the permissions to 777.
7. Now go to your cutenews folder URL, and select 'Proceed Installation', and simply
follow the promps from there. =)
